Getting Started with CarsPlus

Step by Step

• Step 1. Initial Contact - Discuss your dealership and possible need for Software
• Step 2. Getting to know each other - Discuss the scope of Cars Plus Software - how it will work for you to effectively help reach your dealership goals
• Step 3. Set up account - We obtain your dealership information to set up in our system. We answer your questions and offer several methods of payment and process your order
• Step 4. Order Your Contracts - Order your contracts (tax - advanced or deferred) delivered in 2 or 3 days
• Step 5. Technical Integration - We will send a  link for the download.  Our IT specialist can help with the installation. An icon will be added to your desktop for access.
• Step 6. Informational tour - We show you the main features and where to find help and tutorials. Cars*Plus includes many training tutorials from the most basic navigation to the most complex tasks. You can learn the program at your own pace. Internet required to view tutorials
• Step 7. Subsequent Updates - Subsequent updates are included in the monthly fee and can be downloaded anytime.
• Step 8. Customer Support - Questions and specific areas with which you need instruction are handled by phone or via on-line support tickets.
• Step 9. How to pay - We offer convenient monthly automatic draft to a checking account, quarterly and yearly billing, plus easy pay-online buttons.
